I got a new pet in my life. Her name is Angel and she is a Umbrella cockatoo. She turn 8 years old in april. And she is a total sweetheart. We had to drive 2 hours to get there and 2 hours to get home, but it was well worth the trip.

in 3 days she is alreay cuddling with us. she is a ham :) She likes to show off and every night before bed she plays and gets loud. She says I love you, over and over again. That is her mantra. She also says hello, hi, I'm a pretty bird, barks like the dog and says other little things. She has a very clear voice and sounds just like a woman.

the people that had her before just didn't have the time for her anymore and she is a very demanding bird. She demands attention. I love this bird, she makes me laugh...plus we got her for free. And she also came with huge cage and toys too. She came completley setup. I told the people where we got her from and told her I will keep in contact with them and email them pictures of angel and how she is doing.

So far, this bird is going through no depression, so this is awesome. shes never been sick before, so she is not been exposed to bird diseases. Another awesome thing. :)

well I better get going, I hear angel is restless in her cage and very quitetly repeats I love you, over and over again. She wants mommy to let her out of her cage. lol
